read if you are bored? xD FINALLY. a video. i apologize it is not the most amazing thing lol, but it’s been forever and a day since i uploaded a video with new footage (excluding the spring break video :p). so umm…where to begin? cloe has been being ridden consistently and is doing great…sorry we aren’t jumping higher (yet lol), she has a tendency to overjump (by A LOT) so we are doing exercises to fix that…all of these little jumps and exercises are preparation for thee future, of course. =] pleaseee do not comment about her random head tosses, it was 7pm-ish, 80 degrees (dont ask why i had long sleeves) and HUMID. the bugs were alllll over us, and i dont think its fair to reprimand cloe for trying to get rid of the bugs on her?…we all look stupid when trying to get bugs off of us lol. umm, another thing, the doctors are pretty sure i have a pinched nerve in my back OR herniated disc, thus causing a pinched nerve in my back. so, eh, it’s a little painful to ride but i do so anyways lol. so yeah, hopefully this video will hold you guys over for the fun that is ahead of me & tha pony! formspring.me/peaceloveponies video editing software used: corel videostudio x2 camera: sony handycam dcr-s90 hd song: solo by iyaz

i have 4 herniated disc in my neck i think it’s C-4,5,6,7 they wanted to do surgery, but it sounds to scary to me. i am asking if anyone has went thru this? or what i want to find out if there is another alternative to heal this or ease the pain without having surgery. please help, i am in serious pain on my left side.

Neck/Arm Pain: Foraminal Stenosis with Radiculopathy Patient

Maxie was on duty in his patrol car when he was rear ended. At the time he did not experience any pain related to his accident. 5 years later Maxie began to experience neck pain running down his shoulder and into his right arm. Maxie said, its like someone put your shoulder in a vise and clamped down so hard that the pain would radiate into your neck and you could feel it in your eye socket. Maxie tried acupuncture and massage therapy which seemed to temporarily relieved the pain but it always returned. To Maxie, the pain was just an irritating part of life that he had to put up with and built up a tolerance for. But the pain slowly got worse and Maxie went back into his medical care group and they scheduled Maxie for X-rays to be taken in 4 months. Maxie continued working and while patrolling on his motor bike he hit an oil slick and lost control of his motorcycle, laying it down on the road. When he attempted to right his motorcycle, Maxie aggravated his older injury. When he was taken for treatment, the Doctor noticed a muscle in his neck and shoulder twitching. The Doctor sent Maxie in for an MRI. The MRI showed a severe bone spur at level C4-5 and C5-6. Maxie was given the option of having a cortisone shot or surgery. Maxie opted for surgery as the cortisone shot was not going to fix the problem. He was referred to Dr. Hamada who confirmed that Maxie had severe foraminal stenosis with radiculopathy. What can I do for constant excruciating lower back pain?

I have had a terrible ache in my lower right side of my back and my hip. It sometimes shoots down to my leg. I can’t walk, lay down, sit or stand, without having these shooting pains. I can’t do simple everyday tasks. I have had the pain for 4 days now and it only seems to be getting worse. If anyone knows what this is please let me know. (I am going to go to the emergency room shortly)
