This is my first pregnancy and i get back pain. I go to school and i work as well and at the end of the day my back is killing me. Does anyone know what i can do to ease the pain?

I have had a terrible ache in my lower right side of my back and my hip. It sometimes shoots down to my leg. I can’t walk, lay down, sit or stand, without having these shooting pains. I can’t do simple everyday tasks. I have had the pain for 4 days now and it only seems to be getting worse. If anyone knows what this is please let me know.
